CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A defendant seeking to exclude diagnosis testimony in a Texas silica case has moved for sanctions against a plaintiff's attorney who responded to the motion by seeking to depose an attorney with ties to the defendant and to a study critical of screening diagnoses in asbestos cases.
