Texas Judge Issues Recommendations for Medical Reports Checklist

HOUSTON - The judge overseeing the Texas silica MDL has issued a checklist for medical reports and documentation supporting silica-related claims that are transferred to her court and which are subject to legislation limiting the types of cases that can be filed in state court.
