Defendant Moves to Strike Silica Diagnoses Rendered by Dr. Jay Segarra

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - A silica defendant has moved to strike a diagnosis rendered by a physician who the defendant says violated guidelines for diagnosing silicosis with full knowledge that the patient was alleging a significant occupational exposure to silica.
