Defendants Seek Intrastate Transfer of Illinois Silica Lawsuit

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - Defendants in a silica personal injury case in Illinois have asked a state court judge to send the case to a nearby county under the doctrine of intrastate forum non conveniens, asserting that the county where it is currently filed has very little to do with the matter.
