Texas Plaintiffs Say New Evidence, Discovery Abuses Warrant New Trial

ANGLETON, Texas - A Texas couple is urging the state district court that granted judgment for defendants in May to order a new trial based on newly discovered evidence and alleged discovery abuse. Presler, et al., v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 23472 (Texas 23rd Dist. Ct., Brazoria Cty.).
