CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Plaintiffs have filed a motion for letters rogatory in a Texas silica case, seeking permission to take the deposition of a Colorado attorney who they say was instrumental in a study that aimed at casting doubt on the reliability of X-ray diagnoses in asbestos cases.
