MARSHALL, Texas - A Texas man replied to Airco Inc.'s opposition to his remand motion, saying the company's argument that his case should be stayed because it is pending transfer to the welding fume MDL is 'ludicrous.' Bullard v. Airco Inc., et al. No. 2:05-cv-00307 (E.D. Texas).
