CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - The judge overseeing the silica products liability MDL has ordered all parties not to remove any X-rays or related documents from the repository established to house such information. In Re: Silica Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1553 (S.D. Texas).

Judge Janis Graham Jack issued the directive Aug. 22 as part of an order granting a defense motion to preserve the plaintiffs' original X-rays after it was revealed that a plaintiffs' attorney had removed more than 1,000 films from the repository.
