CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Plaintiffs in a silica case that was not among those remanded to state court in the MDL court's recent order but was filed as a result of diagnoses rendered by now-stricken experts, continue to back their claims in a recent response to a defense motion to have the case thrown out.
