CLEVELAND - Judges in Ohio have rejected an attempt by defendants to force plaintiffs in the state's silica litigation to produce additional medical evidence, not generated by screenings, that shows they are indeed suffering from a silica-related injury. In Re: Special Docket Cuyahoga County Silica Cases, Docket No. 73958 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
