Texas Man Says Texas-Based Defendant Defeats Removal Attempts




MARSHALL, Texas - A Texas man filed a motion to remand his lawsuit on Aug. 8, saying his case is not removable because he was exposed to fumes from welding rods designed, manufactured and sold by a Morris County-based defendant. Bullard v. Airco Inc., et al. No. 2:05-cv-00307-LED (E.D. Texas.).
