Welding Fume Plaintiffs Urge Court Not to Exclude Expert Testimony




CLEVELAND - The plaintiffs in the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio on Aug. 22 to deny the defendants' motion to exclude expert testimony, specifying that the defendants are concentrating too much on a statement made by their witness regarding government regulations.
