Deloro Says Welding Fume Plaintiffs' Claims are Barred by the Statute of Limitations

CLEVELAND - Deloro Stellite filed two separate answers on Aug. 22 to several welding fume plaintiffs' complaint, specifying that the plaintiffs' claims are barred by the statute of limitations and that it is not responsible for their alleged injuries.
