Court Denies Motion Seeking Preclusion of Mayo Clinic-Related Testimony

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. - Airco/The BOC Group Inc. and other welding rod manufacturer defendants were recently denied a motion in which they asked the Madison County 3rd Judicial Court to bar the cross examination of a Mayo Clinic neurologist who examined the plaintiff, sources told HarrisMartin. Haskell v. Airco/The BOC Group Inc., et al. No. 04-L-1152 (3rd Jud. Cir.).
