Parties to Stipulate to Pleading Procedure in Pending California Silica Cases

OAKLAND, Calif. - Plaintiffs in a California silica case have reportedly stipulated to filing a first amended complaint and said they would allow for an extension to answer some 33 other similar complaints until after a decision is made on a defense demurrer and motion to strike that has been filed in the matter.
