MDL Judge Grants 11 Plaintiffs' Motion for Voluntary Dismissal

CLEVELAND - The judge presiding over the Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation dismissed 11 plaintiffs on Aug. 11. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation. Case No. 1:03-cv-17000. MDL Docket No. 1535. (N.D. Ohio.).

U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley dismissed the plaintiffs' claims without prejudice.

In a motion for voluntary dismissal, the plaintiffs said they no longer seek to pursue their individual claims.
