Welding Fume Trial Reset for March

BROWNSVILLE, Texas -- An upcoming welding fume trial has been continued to March in an effort not to conflict with the upcoming MDL trial, sources have told HarrisMartin Publishing. Garza, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 2003-05-2710-G (Texas 404th Jud. Dist. Ct., Cameron Cty.).

The claims of Amando and Martha Garza were originally set to be tried Aug. 10 in the Texas 404th District Court for Cameron County.
