JACKSON, Miss. - Plaintiffs whose claims are due to be remanded from the MDL have filed a motion to dismiss petitions by two groups of defendants who are asking the Mississippi Supreme Court to take action on the cases before they have been sent back to state court. In Re: Pending Remand Silica Products Liability Litigation, No. 2005-M-1356 (Miss. Sup. Ct.).
