Defendants Seek Information Regarding Plaintiffs' Review of Silica Picture Book

PHILADELPHIA - Defendants have asked a state court judge to require plaintiffs in numerous silica cases to release any notes they or their attorneys may have made as a result of reviewing a picture book used to identify any of the silica-related products that caused their alleged injuries.
