Second and Third MDL Trial Plaintiffs Selected

CLEVELAND - Plaintiffs from Alabama and Louisiana have been selected as the second and third trial plaintiffs in the Ohio MDL. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).

Sources told HarrisMartin that Dewey Morgan out of Alabama has been selected as the second trial plaintiff and that the claims of Louisiana plaintiff Scott Landry will be heard soon thereafter.

The Morgan and Landry trials will be tried Oct. 31, 2005, and Feb. 6, 2006, respectively.
