HOUSTON - The judge overseeing the Texas state court silica MDL said during a recent hearing that she will take some time to review plaintiffs' medical reports before determining whether they will need to be altered or supplemented in order to meet the requirements of the state's recently enacted silica bill, sources told HarrisMartin Publishing.
