Welding Fume Trial Reset for August

BROWNSVILLE, Texas -- An upcoming welding fume trial has been continued to August 10, with jury selection set to begin August 8, sources have told HarrisMartin Publishing. Garza, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 2003-05-2710-G (Texas 404th Jud. Dist. Ct., Cameron Cty.).

The claims of Amando and Martha Garza were originally set to be tried earlier this month in the Texas 404th District Court for Cameron County.
