Plaintiffs Defend Motion to Remand, Say MDL Court Not Bound by Transferor Court's Denial

CLEVELAND - Two Texas men with claims pending in the Welding Fume MDL have reiterated in a reply brief their argument that the court overseeing the MDL is not bound by the transferor court's denial of remand. In re: Welding Fume Products Liability Litigation. MDL Docket No. 1535, (N.D. Ohio).
