BROWNSVILLE, Texas -- Defendants in a pending Texas welding fume lawsuit recently asked for an independent examination of the plaintiff in order to assess his psychological state. Garza, et al. v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 2003-05-2710-G (Texas 404th Jud. Dist. Ct., Cameron Cty.).
According to the court docket, the claims of Amando and Martha Garza are to be tried beginning July 25 in the Texas 404th District Court for Cameron County.
