Sand Defendants Urge Appeals Court to Uphold Summary Judgment Award

CHICAGO - Three defendants awarded summary judgment in an Illinois silica case have responded to an appeal of the trial court decision, claiming that the plaintiff who sued them for his silica-related injury knew more than two years before filing the suit that he suffered from the occupational disease.
