Interlocutory Appeal of Denial of Motions to Dismiss and Sever Still Pending

ATLANTA -- Parties have yet to file briefs in the interlocutory appeal of a decision in which a state court judge denied motions to dismiss or sever claims filed by approximately 340 plaintiffs in seven welding rod lawsuits.
