Interlocutory Appeal of Denial of Motions to Dismiss and Sever Still Pending

ATLANTA -- Parties have yet to file briefs in the interlocutory appeal of a decision in which a state court judge denied motions to dismiss or sever claims filed by approximately 340 plaintiffs in seven welding rod lawsuits. Lincoln Electric Company, et al. v. Long, et al., No. A05I0028 (Ga. Ct. App.).
