CLEVELAND -- Defendants involved in the Welding Rod MDL have moved to dismiss the claims of nearly 200 plaintiffs, arguing that they have failed to comply with the court's second case management order. In re: Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
In the May 16 motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the defendants specifically claimed that the plaintiffs failed to provide fact sheets as required by the second amended supplemental case management order.
