OAKLAND, Calif. -- Plaintiffs in the California welding rod proceedings on June 7 defended their claims for restitution and other equitable relief in an opposition to a motion to strike made by Caterpillar. Welding Products Cases, JCCP No. 4368 (Calif. Super. Ct., Alameda Cty.).
