MDL Plaintiffs Oppose Defense Motion to Exclude Causation Testimony

CLEVELAND -- Plaintiffs with claims pending in the welding rod MDL have opposed a defense testimony to exclude certain causation testimony, claming that the plaintiffs have switched their stance on the potential injuries caused by manganese exposure. In re: Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).

In the May 20 opposition filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the plaintiffs claim that the defendants' motion additionally ignores testimony by their own experts.
