CLEVELAND -- Defendants involved in the Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation MDL have responded to plaintiff motions to exclude certain evidence by claming that the plaintiffs ignored data in making the motions. In re: Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation MDL, No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
In separate motions filed May 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the defendants refute contentions made by the plaintiffs that testimony relating to specific pathological evidence and diagnostic methods violate admissibility rules.
