Defendants Will Ask for Mississippi State MDL if Cases Are Remanded, Motion Says

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Numerous defendants have filed a motion in the MDL, asking Judge Janis Graham Jack to stay for 30 days the effect of any remand order that she may issue as a result of an expected finding that she does not have jurisdiction over the cases now before her.
