LONDON, Ky. - A federal judge has issued an order indicating that he placed no venue restrictions on the re-filing of the personal injury claims of more than 70 plaintiffs he recently severed from a Kentucky silica suit. Adams v. Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Co., et al., No. 05-54 (E.D. Ky.).
