Ohio Defendants Seek Production of Silica Plaintiffs' Threshold Information

CLEVELAND - Defendants in the Ohio silica litigation have filed motions to force plaintiffs to comply with a case management order the court entered two years ago requiring plaintiffs to disclose threshold information about their silica-related injury claims.
