CLEVELAND - Defendants in the Ohio silica litigation have filed motions to force plaintiffs to comply with a case management order the court entered two years ago requiring plaintiffs to disclose threshold information about their silica-related injury claims. Purdy v. Air Liquide America, et al., No. 506483 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
