HOUSTON - Texas MDL Judge Tracy Christopher has approved plaintiff and defendants' fact sheets, along with the defendants' request for production, after disagreements arose over whether plaintiffs could seek discovery from sand defendants to determine the extent of their knowledge of silica-related hazards during the time they sold their products. In Re: Texas State Silica Product Liability Litigation, No. 2004-70000 (Texas Dist. Ct., Harris Cty.).
