CLEVELAND - 3M Co. has filed a motion for summary judgment in Ohio arguing that several silicosis plaintiffs failed to submit prima facie evidence that their injuries were caused by the use of the company's dust mask. Boyce v. 3M Company, et al., No. 469149 (Ohio Comm. Pls., Cuyahoga Cty.).
