ANGLETON, Texas -- Jurors have returned a verdict for defendants in the retrial of a case brought by a welding rod plaintiff whose first trial ended in a hung jury more than two months ago, HarrisMartin Publishing is reporting. Presler, et al., v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 23472 (Texas 23rd Dist. Ct., Brazoria Cty.).
