CLEVELAND -- The judge overseeing the Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation MDL has denied remand in a lawsuit filed by more than 3,000 plaintiffs, ruling that the recently severed plaintiffs can re-file their motions after discovery has progressed. In re: Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
