MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- Defendants Stoody Co. and Tehermadyne Holding Corp. have moved to dismiss several Minnesota complaints filed against them, citing the plaintiffs' failure to differentiate claims asserted against the companies and other defendants. Samples v. A.O. Smith Corp., et al., No. 05-298 (D. Minn.).
The March 9 motion filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota was also filed in Paige (No. 05-00299); Thompson (No. 05-00306); Thuringer (No. 05-00429); and Bolding (No. 05-00430).
