Judge Grants Motion to Quash Subpoena Depositions of Asbestos Study Authors

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - MDL Judge Janis Graham Jack has granted a motion to quash the subpoenas issued to three researchers who authored a study on mass X-ray screenings in asbestos cases, determining that the physicians are not parties or witnesses in the case, nor has it been shown that they used any of the plaintiffs' X-rays in their study.
