BEAUMONT, Texas - Defendant 3M Co. has moved to exclude testimony from four experts designated by plaintiffs in a Texas silica case, arguing that one has yet to be deposed and the others do not have specific expertise in the area of the dust masks that were allegedly responsible for causing the plaintiff's silicosis.
