Appeals Court Affirms Dismissal of Foundry Workers' Late-Filed Silica Case

SHREVEPORT, La. - A Louisiana appeals court has affirmed dismissal of a silica suit filed by more than 60 foundry workers who the court said failed to show that they were not aware of their silica-related injuries more than one year before filing the complaint.
