SHREVEPORT, La. - A Louisiana appeals court has affirmed dismissal of a silica suit filed by more than 60 foundry workers who the court said failed to show that they were not aware of their silica-related injuries more than one year before filing the complaint. Alexander v. Fulco, No. 39293 (La. Ct. App., 2nd Cir.).
