Judge Rules Missouri is Parmelee's Principal Place of Business, Remands Insurance Case

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A federal judge has remanded an insurance coverage action filed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company against two fellow insurers and Parmelee Industries after determining that Parmelee's principal place of business is Missouri, the state where the action was filed. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. v. Penn-America Insurance Co., et al., No. 04-1123 (W.D. Mo.)
