CLEVELAND - The judge overseeing the Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation MDL has granted motions to dismiss the National Electrical Manufacturers Association from a number of claims. In re: Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1535 (N.D. Ohio).
On Feb. 14, Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley signed stipulated motions in nearly 20 lawsuits to dismiss with prejudice claims asserted against NEMA.
