Retrial in Welding Rod Lawsuit Requested for April 4

ANGLETON, Texas -- A Texas man whose welding rod trial ended in a hung jury in February has requested an April 4 retrial date, sources told HarrisMartin Publishing. Presler, et al., v. Lincoln Electric, et al., No. 23472 (Texas 23rd Dist. Ct., Brazoria Cty.).

Counsel for the defendants indicated that they expect jury questionnaires will be handed out on April 4, and that the retrial will get underway April 11.
