Illinois Welding Rod Trial Moved to April

CHICAGO -- An Illinois man's claims of welding rod exposure are now set to be tried April 18, after the trial court moved the start date from March 14. Boren v. Lincoln Electric, No. n/a (Ill. Cir. Ct., Cook Cty.).

Just last month, Boren had been continued from its original Jan. 10 trial date to March 14, sources said.

Sources also reported that several evidentiary related motions were recently voluntarily dismissed from the Cook County, Ill. filing.
