CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - Numerous defendants filed a motion today asking MDL Judge Janis Graham Jack to sanction plaintiffs' counsel more than $1.1 million for knowingly submitting 'bogus' diagnoses on behalf of nearly 10,000 silica clients, and for failing to disclose that some of the claimants also had previously been diagnosed with asbestosis, HarrisMartin Publishing is reporting.
