Severed Plaintiffs in West Virginia Action Seek Remand

CLEVELAND -- Thousands of plaintiffs severed from a West Virginia action pending in the Welding Rod Products Liability Litigation MDL have filed a reply brief in support of their motion to remand, reasserting their argument that the defendants failed to timely remove their claims.
