ATLANTA -- A Georgia man has argued in a welding rod lawsuit filed recently that he was wrongfully exposed to welding rod fumes, in part because defendants ignored safer alternative designs of welding machines and consumables. Wallace v. Lincoln Electric Co., et al., No. 05-0303 (N.D. Ga.).
The Feb. 2 lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia joins a recently removed West Virginia class action as the latest welding rod lawsuits pending in federal courts.
