3M Co.: Remand MDL Silica Cases to State Court Now

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas - 3M Co. has filed a motion in the silica MDL arguing that any case in which a plaintiff has named a non-diverse defendant should be remanded to the state court where it was originally filed. In Re: Silica Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 1553 (S.D. Texas).
