HOUSTON - A defendant in a 14-plaintiff silica case has moved to exclude causation testimony offered by an expert who diagnosed the plaintiffs with silicosis, arguing that it is inadmissible under the Texas's rules of evidence. Alexander, et al. v. Aero Company, et al., No. 2002-54431 (Texas Dist. Ct., Harris Cty.).
